ملخص الوظيفة
- Lead the recruitment process for assigned clients
- Act as the sole point of contact from Madre for client management and employee engagement activities
- Create job description depending on the requirement
- Screen CVs job application forms and candidate legal documents for authenticity and confirm the same
- Conduct interviews for candidates via phone/video in-person
- Organize job offer letters facilitate vis process and all onboarding requirements as per client request
- Institute a professional relationship with clients by addressing their concerns and queries in the best capacity
- Manage the post hiring procedures and on-going employee life cycle
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Human Resources/Management Studies/Humanities/Social Sciences
- Experience in recruiting and mobilizing manpower in client sites
- Experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred
- Experience in Zoho Recruit is preferred
