Own the full lifecycle of Nintex K2 Fivebased process automation across multiple business units: requirements shaping technical architecture hands-on build deployment and team leadership.
Core responsibilities
- Elicit complex requirements and translate them into secure scalable K2 Five applications (Smart Objects Smart Forms workflows reports REST & OData services).
- Design end-to-end solution architecture: K2 service architecture authentication models (AD AAD OAuth SAML) high-availability topology upgrade path to Nintex Automation Cloud.
- Develop reusable frameworks (e.g. error handling logging dynamic routing multi-language packs) that cut delivery time 30 %.
- Integrate K2 with SharePoint 2016/2019/SPO SQL SAP Salesforce M365 and custom REST APIs; enforce data-governance & RBAC.
- Optimize performance: workflow execution plans Smart Object caching SQL indexing K2 Host Server tuning; keep critical workflows <2 s response.
Requirements
Must-have skills & experience
- 7 yrs BPM / workflow with 4 yrs dedicated K2 Five
- 3 yrs technical lead or solution-architect capacity on enterprise-scale implementations
- Deep mastery of K2 artefacts
- Proven project-management track: planned & delivered full K2 project lifecycles
