The Camp Boss will be responsible for the overall supervision administration and smooth operation of the labour accommodation. The role ensures a safe hygienic and disciplined living environment for all occupants while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Camp Boss will be provided accommodation within the camp premises.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the labour accommodation.
Ensure proper maintenance cleanliness and hygiene standards across all camp facilities including rooms kitchens dining areas washrooms and common areas.
Monitor occupancy room allocation and maintain accurate records of residents.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and service providers for repairs utilities pest control and housekeeping.
Enforce camp rules safety procedures and company policies among residents.
Handle residents complaints requests and welfare-related matters in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with health safety and fire regulations as per local authority requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact between camp residents and management.
Conduct regular inspections and submit reports on camp conditions and issues.
Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent matters outside normal duty hours when required.
Normal duty hours: 12 hours per day.
The Camp Boss must be available to attend emergencies or urgent tasks beyond normal duty hours as required.
Room will be provided within the camp premises.
Minimum 25 years of experience as a Camp Boss or Camp Supervisor in labour accommodations.
Basic knowledge of facility management housekeeping and maintenance coordination.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multicultural workforce environments.
Knowledge of health safety and hygiene standards is preferred.
