We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Specialist to drive the success of our products by bridging the gap between technical teams stakeholders and customers. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing product development conducting market research and ensuring products meet business and customer needs. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in product management strategic thinking and crossfunctional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals ensuring competitive positioning in the market.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify customer needs market trends and competitor offerings translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Product Development: Work closely with engineering design and marketing teams to define requirements prioritize features and oversee the product lifecycle.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision strategy and business objectives.
User Experience & Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and enhance user satisfaction.
GotoMarket Planning: Support product launches collaborating with marketing sales and customer support teams to ensure successful adoption.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and make datadriven decisions to optimize product performance and growth.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
5 years of experience in product management product strategy or a similar role.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management Agile methodologies and software development processes.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with product management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Aha!.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in SaaS technology or a related industry.
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
