Key Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics operations within the Installation Unit with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Lead and coordinate daily work with carriers subcontractors installers field teams warehouse staff and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the central point of contact between procurement suppliers warehouse installation teams customer service and external partners.
• Plan implement and continuously optimize logistics and technical processes identifying bottlenecks and driving efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Develop and manage structured work procedures KPIs and control reports to meet operational and business targets.
• Manage distribution and delivery operations to end customers including scheduling prioritization and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards regulations and best practices across all logistics activities.
• Utilize ERP systems (preferably Oracle) for inventory management order processing warehouse operations and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers contractors and transportation providers to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Lead and manage the internal installation team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics or operations management with responsibility for end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proven experience in supply chain management inventory control procurement and vendor management.
• Strong people-management background including team leadership development and performance management.
• Experience using KPIs data analysis and forecasting to drive operational decisions.
• Advanced experience working with ERP systems (Oracle advantage).
• Proven ability to identify process gaps implement improvements and lead cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills across internal teams and external partners.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics regulations safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications (Advantages)

• Experience in the solar or energy industry.
• Technical background or knowledge in electricity.
• Experience working with B2C customers or account management.
