The opportunity

As new markets open up and technology advances at a dramatic pace the world of supply chain and operations is becoming increasingly complex. At the same time clients understand just how vital effective sustainable operational management is to their global success. We are currently aiming at recruiting an Assistant Manager / Senior Consultant to join our team.

As a Procurement professional youll use your analytical insight to drive our clients global business performance. Working as part of a high-performing team youll deliver exceptional client service and help leading organizations improve their procurement and sourcing performance.

Our Supply Chain & Operations Procurement team members provide insights into Procurement transformation covering:

Spend Management cost optimisation category management strategic sourcing
Procurement Operating Model Transformation
Procurement Digitalisation
Procurement Operations
ESG

Your key responsibilities

Drawing on your knowledge and experience youll create innovative commercial insights for clients adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs and contribute to thought leadership. You will actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have:

Strong Procurement projects background in industry or consulting
3 to 5 years experience at a tier 1 consultancy
Outstanding academic record to at least Batchelor degree level
Experience and Passion for one of Digital solutions and trends operating model development third-party spend management ESG or leading supply chain solutions
Excellent communications skills including verbal written and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial flare and the ability to identify business opportunities and cross sell different services and/or products
Arabic speaking and reading an advantage but not essential

The ability to travel across the region
