The opportunity

Our PAS service line operates as a team of highly experienced professionals who focus on delivering efficient and effective resources to companies in the region.

As part of a MENA team you will be providing high quality services to internal and external stakeholders with their payroll needs and tax compliance needs. You will oversee the delivery of payroll and tax services ensuring effective coordination and issue resolution. As a senior client-facing professional you will manage client relationships address inquiries and handle various client assignments and queries.

Your key responsibilities

You will work hand in hand with our tax and accounting professionals to help deliver our clients compliance needs. You will also establish maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships with clients to help ensure that the services delivered are of the highest standards and are done on time.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can handle a portfolio of clients and build strong client relationships.

To qualify for the role

• Execute compliance services related to visa applications work permits residence permits short-term business traveller deployment and diagnostic reviews of immigration compliance with the Qatar authorities in respective jurisdictions.
• Provide advice to help client organizations understand and navigate Qatar immigration compliance requirements.
• Responsible for day-to-day client delivery managing their expectations
• High integrity and credibility with problem-solving client service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage tasks by competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced changing environment
• A bachelors degree in accounting business finance or a related field is required.
• Candidates should have a strong knowledge base and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably within a large professional services firm or a comparable environment.

Ideally youll also have

• Experience of dealing with multinational clients and ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
• Great analytical management and leadership skills.
• Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
