We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Wellhead Isolation Tool Supervisor to be based in Dammam Saudi Arabia.
Position Overview: As a Wellhead Isolation Tool Supervisor you will oversee and manage operations involving highpressure pumping wellhead pressure control and isolation systems in hydraulic fracturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday operations of wellhead isolation tool deployments including planning and postjob reviews.
- Lead and supervise field teams in the of Tree Saver operations and highpressure isolation activities.
- Coordinate with frac and flowback crews to ensure proper equipment interface and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all pressure control equipment is tested maintained and compliant with safety and operational standards.
- Conduct job safety analysis (JSA) and risk assessments prior to and during field operations.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and best practices for wellhead isolation processes.
- Mentor train and assess performance of leads and operators.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for troubleshooting complex technical issues related to highpressure pumping and wellhead systems.
- Collaborate with clients engineers and vendors to ensure seamless and client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed job documentation including pressure charts isolation records and maintenance logs.
Qualifications:
- Experience of 10 years in wellhead isolation tool operations including leadership roles such as Supervisor Lead or Operator or similar.
- Extensive handson experience in Tree Saver Operations and Wellhead Pressure Control.
- Proven expertise in HighPressure Pumping Isolation techniques and safety protocols.
- Strong understanding of flowback operations frac equipment and system interfacing requirements.
- Recent experience in hydraulic fracturing operations environments particularly in North America and/or in the Middle East.
- Strong leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
- Commitment to health safety and environmental (HSE) standards.
