Attraction Host (Seasonal Waterpark)
The Attraction Host is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation in the Attractions.
- Meet and greet with warm and friendly guest service
- Assist with the operation of all aspects related to guest interactions from arrival to departure
- Perform routine checks and complete inspection checklists
- Report any mechanical or operational issues to the supervisor immediately
- Enforce safety rules
- Provide first aid and emergency care when required
- Assist with all operational requirements as required by the business. This includes and is not limited to maintaining park cleanliness collection of towels managing lost property and any other tasks deemed necessary for the daytoday operation of the park.
Qualifications :
- High School education.
- Previous work experience in Leisure Hospitality or Customer service
- Ability to work outdoors considering the heat and humidity within Qatar
- Basic reading writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instruction in the English language
- Previous experience as a Dispatch and/or a Slide/Ride Attendant in a waterpark or theme park
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and/or Russian would be an added advantage
