Key Responsibilities:

International Logistics & Shipment Coordination

  • Track manage and coordinate all shipping and import activities.

  • Work with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure timely clearance.

  • Verify and manage shipment documentation.

  • Resolve shipment delays damages or discrepancies.

Warehouse & Container Handling

  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for incoming shipments.

  • Oversee unloading stock verification and storage.

  • Address discrepancies and damages.

Local Procurement

  • Manage purchase of office stationery and IT supplies.

  • Evaluate suppliers and maintain approved vendor lists.

  • Prepare quotations and price comparison reports.

Inventory Monitoring & Stock Control

  • Monitor stock levels with warehouse sales and project teams.

  • Lead weekly stock reviews.

  • Set and track minimum stock thresholds.

  • Ensure timely reordering to prevent shortages.

Supplier Evaluation & Performance

  • Assess suppliers on pricing quality and delivery.

  • Negotiate favorable terms and contracts.

  • Maintain long-term vendor relationships.

Inventory Count Coordination

  • Develop and maintain stock count schedules.

  • Coordinate with finance and audit teams for compliance.

  • Maintain reports and records of all inventory counts.

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

  • 2 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain procurement or logistics (preferably in engineering or project-based companies).

  • Knowledge of international logistics and customs procedures.

  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems.

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) ERP systems and supply chain tools.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Benefits

Salary Range: 600 800 JOD per month



We\'re hiring a Mechanical Engineer skilled in Siemens NX and Teamcenter PLM to design complex systems and create GA/manufacturing drawings. You ll collaborate with global engineering teams and support heavy engineering projects from concept to documentation.

Education
