JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design develop configure and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience a solid understanding of IT service management processes and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Configure and develop workflows business rules client scripts UI policies UI actions and Script Includes.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST SOAP and MID Server.
- Customize ServiceNow forms fields tables and CMDB structures.
- Support implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM ITAM HRSD SecOps or CSM.
- Perform platform upgrades patching and version testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance problems.
- Collaborate with business analysts architects and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow workflows Flow Designer and Automation.
- Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- ServiceNow CSA CAD or CIS certifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
- Exposure to ServiceNow Discovery Service Mapping or Event Management.
- Experience in managed services or large enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of CMDB data models and best practices.
