About the Role

We are launching GoMyTeacher an AI-powered platform that helps teachers automate grading workflows and enhance learning outcomes.

As a Campus Product Engineer you will be responsible for deploying GoMyTeacher inside your own university or engineering school working directly with teachers collecting product feedback and collaborating with our product and engineering teams to design and build new features.

This role blends product management engineering and field research. You will act as the local owner of GomyTeacher on campus.

Your Missions

1. Deployment & Implementation (40%)

• Introduce and onboard teachers to GoMyTeacher inside your school.
• Run small workshops or demos to help them adopt the platform.
• Set up accounts pipelines and assignment templates.
• Support teachers during the first weeks of usage.

2. Product Research & Feedback Collection (30%)

• Observe how teachers and students interact with the platform.
• Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Identify friction points missing features and opportunities.
• Prioritize issues and propose improvements.

3. Feature Development & Engineering (30%)

• Work with GOMYCODEs engineering team to build new features.
• Write specs wireframes and test scenarios.
• Implement small features or improvements (depending on background: frontend backend or full-stack).
• Test and validate new releases with teachers from your university.

Required Skills

Technical

• Strong foundation in software development (Python GO JS/TS or similar).
• Basic understanding of APIs web apps or cloud systems.
• Interest in EdTech and AI tools.

Product & Communication

• Excellent communication with teachers and academic staff.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Curiosity and passion for improving user experience.

Profile

• Final-year engineering or computer science or data student (PFE / end-of-studies internship).
• Motivated by building real products used at scale.
• Comfortable working with both tech teams and non-technical users.
• Autonomous organized and proactive.
