BIM Coordinator Architectural

We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented BIM Coordinator (Architectural) to support the design and coordination process for major building and infrastructure projects in Riyadh KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the architectural BIM models coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that project data and deliverables meet the required standards.

This role is critical to maintaining consistency and efficiency in the project s digital design workflow from early design stages through construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage architectural BIM models and ensure alignment with structural and MEP models.

Ensure all models and drawings comply with BIM Plans (BEP) and project standards.

Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to resolve model clashes design inconsistencies and ensure constructability.

Support the production of construction documents visualizations and shop drawings.

Perform regular model audits clash detections and issue tracking using tools such as Navisworks or BIM 360.

Maintain accurate and uptodate models and project documentation throughout the design and construction phases.

Provide technical support and BIM training to design teams as needed.

Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards workflows and best practices.

Coordinate with the project s BIM Manager to ensure smooth integration of architectural data within the overall project model.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Architecture or related field; professional license or certification is a plus.

5 7 years of experience in architectural design and BIM coordination for largescale construction projects.

Proficient in Revit AutoCAD Navisworks BIM 360 and other BIM tools and platforms.

Strong knowledge of architectural detailing construction workflows and interdisciplinary coordination.

Familiarity with Saudi Building Code and applicable international standards.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
