MAB Consult is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh and Al Khobar.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the project. Management particularly within the engineering field and a proactive approach to leadership responsibility and opportunity development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and delivery of engineering projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams consultants and clients to maintain high project performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress manage risks and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to business development by identifying and pursuing new projects opportunities (preferred)
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with at least half in the engineering field.
- Proven experience working in Saudi Arabia or Dubai.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong leadership qualities excellent communication skills and a professional appearance and demeanor.
- High sense of responsibility organization and team management.
- Preferred: Experience in business development and attracting new opportunities.
