About the Company:
Our client is a leading retail brand in the sanitary ware sector offering premium-quality products and exceptional customer service. With a strong presence in the Kingdom they are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join their Riyadh team and contribute to their continued growth.
Role Purpose:
The Sales Associate will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences achieving sales targets and maintaining the companys reputation for excellence. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills cultural understanding and a passion for retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers providing tailored product recommendations.
Assist customers in identifying products that meet their needs and preferences.
Drive sales by achieving individual and store targets.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products promotions and retail trends.
Ensure high standards of store presentation and product display.
Handle customer inquiries complaints and after-sales support in a professional manner.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall store goals.
Requirements:
Currently based in KSA
Retail experience is mandatory (any retail sector is acceptable).
Arabic fluency is required; English is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Working days: 5.5 days per week 9 hours per day.
Sales-driven mindset with customer service orientation.
