ملخص الوظيفة
We are looking to hire an IT Infrastructure Associate to join our team and help maintain smooth IT operations across the role includes supporting daily IT activities maintaining system reliability and ensuring overall IT security and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops laptops and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues (e.g. connectivity switches and routers).
- Install and configure operating systems software and hardware for employee workstations and small servers.
- Document issues and processes for future reference.
- Manage employee devices ensuring security and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining hardware and software inventory.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure.
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP DNS DHCP).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows macOS Linux).
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
