Resource Manager

What to expect:

• In charge of resource management (vehicles and materials) to ensure proper development of MIB / ICAS3 / ICC projects within Infotainment functions
• Responsible for collecting resource needs for the department and carrying out the purchasing or request processes.
• Evaluates vehicle requirements for future projects in collaboration with the Test Managers.
• Submits requests for additional vehicles (specific PRs not initially planned) needed for project activities.
• Manages work orders for vehicle updates/repairs to keep them in optimal condition.
• Manages vehicle transport to/from technical center in Spain.
• Submits requests for the release of confidential vehicles outside of technical center in Spain.
• Submits requests for camouflage/de-camouflage of confidential vehicles.
• Manage vehicle plates registration requests.
• Responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding vehicle confidentiality and security and distributing it within the department.
• Main point of contact between Integration Prototype Management and the department.
• In charge of sourcing suppliers for the purchase of Test Benchs for new projects and drafting the specification sheet considering deadlines costs technical requirements and quality.
• Tracks all resources from the moment they are requested until their delivery.
• Manages red plates fuel cards and other shared resources of the department.
• Responsible for preparing the necessary documents and requests when there is a management Test Drive or Strassenfahrt (Sigevas CTS exit authorizations etc.)
• Documentation in System42.

KPIs:

• Participation in VTT as the EX41 representative.
• Management and centralization of the departments resource needs.
• Attendance at meetings with PLs to stay informed about project updates and changes.
• Daily task tracking planner for the System Integration Team.
• Weekly Excel tracker of available vehicles and their status.
• Participation in and leadership of the RRVV meeting to inform Test Managers about updates on request statuses vehicle planning and other relevant information.
• Entry and tracking of purchase requests via the Sesé platform.
• Entry and tracking of vehicle needs via the AvX platform (including vehicle configuration with support from the Test Manager)

What you bring along:

• Technical education in Telecommunications Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manage information along big teams and environments.
• High office package management (Excel Power Point Word and Teams)
• Knowledge of car technologies and interest in the sector.
• Proactive profile if something is not clear he/she cannot live with queries.
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level) spoken and written.
