Description

This internship will start on October 1st with full time schedule and its for 12 months.

Responsibilities

Become our customers trusted technical advisor and develop a deep knowledge of their Oracle systems and needs. Youll support the operation of customer platforms onsite and in cloud delivering services that drive customer success an innovation.

Provide production operation support for Database and Cloud systems

Support the stability availability and performance of critical business systems

Install configure and operate Database Exadata and other Oracle Infrastructure Platform products

Deliver solution architecture advice reviews and conceptual support

Analyze product problems to find resolutions

Resolve new and complex issues research technical enquiries and handle user problems

Support software installation configuration health checks and performance assessments

Educate customers on product features issues evolutions upgrades benefits and patches

We also use

Exadata and Oracle Database Appliance (ODA); Oracle DBA and Oracle Secure Backup (OSB)

OCI Unix Linux Solaris and ZFS Storage ;Real Application Clusters and Grid Infrastructure

Enterprise Manager OEM and Grid Control; Oracle VM Directory Server and ASM

Network switches protocols and security; Load balancer Java xml SQL shell scripting

Required Skills/Experience:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Excellent organizational and project management skills with a strong attention to detail.

Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interest in technology especially AI and cloud computing.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural geographically distributed team environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual event platforms such as Zoom

English and Arabic advanced language skills;
