Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and business objectives to propose effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Address client issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales and client retention targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven track record in account management business development or sales.
- Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the Saudi market and business practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
