On behalf of our client we are seeking a UX/UI Specialist / Team Lead who will be responsible for leading the end-to-end user experience and interface design for a clients web and mobile platforms. The role will act as a focal point between internal departments stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements identify usability issues and drive continuous improvements. The position requires working independently without a design team owning UX research UI design and overall experience optimization. The role will focus primarily on improving existing web and mobile applications (Android & iOS).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct UX research to understand user needs pain points and behavior
- Lead UX/UI design activities for web and mobile platforms from concept to delivery
- Review existing platforms and identify areas for usability and design improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Design user flows wireframes prototypes and final UI designs
- Ensure consistency and quality across all digital interfaces
- Act as the main point of contact for UX/UI-related decisions and improvements
- Support development teams by providing clear design handover and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelors degree is required; specialization is not mandatory.
- Industry background in fin-tech banking capital markets or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: 315 years in UX/UI design
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of UX/UI initiatives
- Platforms: Web applications and mobile applications (Android & iOS)
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar
- Portfolio: Strong design portfolio is mandatory
