- Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions across key business functions.
- Conduct system configuration data migration and integration activities to support business requirements.
- Provide post-go-live support troubleshooting and continuous optimization to enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Deliver training and documentation to ensure smooth user adoption and system understanding.
- Monitor system health and proactively address issues to minimize downtime and maintain compliance.
Requirements
CA Qualification.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics implementation and post-go-live optimization.
