What you will be doing:

• Receive inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes

• Ensure proper storage and labeling of items in accordance with hygiene and safety standards

• Issue materials and supplies to departments based on authorized requests

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchasing team to prevent shortages or excess

• Keep storage areas clean organized and compliant with company standards

• Support cost control initiatives by minimizing waste and ensuring accurate tracking

Qualifications :

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential

• Previous experience in inventory management warehousing or logistics is an asset

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in record-keeping inventory systems and basic computer applications

• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a cohesive team
