What you will be doing:
Receive inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
Ensure proper storage and labeling of items in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
Issue materials and supplies to departments based on authorized requests
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchasing team to prevent shortages or excess
Keep storage areas clean organized and compliant with company standards
Support cost control initiatives by minimizing waste and ensuring accurate tracking
Qualifications :
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
Previous experience in inventory management warehousing or logistics is an asset
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in record-keeping inventory systems and basic computer applications
Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a cohesive team
