We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager with extensive experience in SAP The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of experience in software testing with a strong background in managing testing processes and teams. The Test Manager will be responsible for leading the testing efforts across various projects ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement test strategies plans and processes for SAP
Experience in SAP activate methodology.
Proven experience in managing SIT/UAT Cycles in mediumbig scaled project.
Awareness of other enterprise application is a big plus (oracle MS Dynamics Saleforce
Lead and manage a team of testers providing guidance support and mentorship as needed.
Set test strategy and plan.
Set/review UAT strategy.
Very good communication and reporting skills
Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives.
Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve
efficiency.
Conduct risk analysis and prioritize testing activities based on potential impact and criticality.
Monitor and report on testing progress including defect tracking and resolution.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software
testing.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies tools and processes.
communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with
crossfunctional teams.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
ISTQB certification is a plus.
