This Position reports to:
Cluster Lead - HR Operations MEA & SAYour Role
- Ensure GBS HR processes include control mechanisms data protection and legal/regulatory compliance.
- Analyze and optimize team performance drive continuous improvements and manage training and quality checks.
- Enhance customer experience by analyzing feedback and planning operational development.
- Contribute to HR Services strategy support global projects with local expertise and collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- Bachelor degree in HR with over 10 years of experience in a related HR role.
- Strong managerial experience and communication skills.
- Good understanding of regulations legal compliance and data analysis.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
