Middle East Mattress Factory Sealy is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Hospitality Sales Manager to join our growing team. As an industry leader in high-quality mattresses for over 30 years our commitment to excellence extends not only to retail but also to the hospitality this role you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives specifically targeting hotels resorts and other hospitality venues ensuring that our premium bedding solutions are recognized and adopted within the industry. If you are passionate about selling high-quality products and have experience in the hospitality sector we want you to be part of our journey to enhance guest experiences in every stay.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for the hospitality market to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotels resorts and hospitality groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the hospitality sector.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and emerging trends in the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create customized offerings for hospitality clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and report on market intelligence.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality sector preferably in bedding or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hospitality clients and understand their unique needs.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with market analysis and strategic planning.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Male.
- 30 to 40 years of age.
- Saudi or Lebanese national.
