Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize school events and programs.
- If required observe other members of staff.
- Introduce and enforce agreed school policies.
- Communicate effectively with students parents and staff to support student success.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curricula and improve teaching strategies.
- Work with and assist other administration staff.
Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in education
- Bachelors degree in Education and/or related field; Teaching certification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about education and committed to student development.
