ملخص الوظيفة

The Process Mining Consultant is responsible for converting event data into actionable business insights. This role leads end-to-end process mining initiatives on Level 4 processes ensuring effective knowledge transfer to client teams. The consultant works closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze As-Is processes identify inefficiencies and support data-driven process optimization using ARIS Process Mining.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution of Process Mining initiatives transforming raw event data into meaningful business intelligence using ARIS Process Mining.
Collaborate with client process owners and stakeholders to identify extract and validate required event logs and data sources.
Perform data preparation activities including data cleansing transformation and structuring of datasets to ensure they are mining-ready.
Conduct Process Discovery and Conformance Checking comparing actual As-Is execution against designed To-Be process models to identify deviations and compliance gaps.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using methodologies such as 5 Whys and Fishbone to identify drivers of bottlenecks rework loops and inefficiencies.
Define configure and monitor process KPIs and dimensions (e.g. Quality Speed Cost Compliance Innovation) to assess process performance.
Design build and customize ARIS Process Mining dashboards that provide clear actionable insights for business and leadership stakeholders.
Measure and compare As-Is vs. To-Be KPIs supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
Ensure knowledge transfer and enablement of client teams on process mining concepts tools and insights.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Industrial Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in Process Mining Business Process Management (BPM) or Process Optimization roles.
Hands-on experience with ARIS Process Mining (or similar tools is a plus).
Strong understanding of event data structures data modeling and process analytics.
Experience with process analysis KPI definition and performance measurement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
