CorporateAffairs Manager
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy - Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials regulatory bodies trade associations and civil society groups. Support the CA&C director to Lead policy advocacy efforts to support the organizations business objectives.
- Regulatory & Policy Monitoring - Track and analyze legislative regulatory and political developments that could impact the organization. Provide regular updates risk assessments and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Reputation & Crisis Management - Support corporate reputation through public affairs strategies. Contribute to crisis communication planning and execution in coordination with corporate communications.
- Strategic Communication - Draft position papers government submissions briefing documents and public statements. Coordinate messaging with internal teams.
- Coalition Building & Industry Representation - Collaborate with industry partners chambers of commerce and trade associations.
- Internal Collaboration & Reporting - Align external affairs activities with business strategy and compliance frameworks.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in public affairs government relations or a related area
- Bachelors degree in political science Law Public Policy International Relations or related field
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Proven ability to build networks and influence external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of local and regional political and regulatory systems
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- High integrity discretion and ability to manage sensitive information
- Strong Team collaborates and spirit
