We are looking for an experienced Senior HR / Administration Specialist to join our Clients team in New Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing key HR and administrative functions ensuring the organization remains compliant efficient and employeecentric. This role is handson and requires strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Lead endtoend recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Oversee performance management cycles and ensure alignment with KPIs
Maintain and update HR policies in accordance with local labor laws and best practices
Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and HR standards
Handle compensation benefits and payroll coordination in collaboration with finance
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
Organize and deliver internal training and development initiatives
Administration:
Ensure the smooth operation of daytoday office functions and logistics
Manage administrative tasks including documentation office supplies and vendor coordination
Support internal communication and employee engagement activities
Prepare HR reports and dashboards as needed
Act as a point of contact for government and legal documentation related to HR and admin
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment talent acquisition and employee relations
- Handson experience in performance management HR policy and labor law compliance
- Excellent administrative organizational and recordkeeping skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and strong problemsolving mindset
- Proficient in HR software MS Office Suite and digital record systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Certifications such as PHR SHRMCP or HR Diploma are a strong plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
