ملخص الوظيفة
- BSc in Chemical/Mechanical/Process Engineering (or related).
- Preferred Certifications: NEBOSH TUV Functional Safety CCPS Process Safety Certification
- Detailed understanding of OSHA 14 element Process Safety Management System and CCPS Risk Based Process Safety Management Elements.
- Required Certification - NEBOSH IGC NEBOSH PSM PHA Facilitation Incident Investigation Facilitation ISO Lead Auditor PSM Auditor DNV PHAST-SAFETI CCPS Process Safety Professional Exida or TUV Functional Safety Engineer.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Process Plant operations Process Safety and Process Risk Management including Safety Audit and Assurance activities within manufacturing environments preferably in Steel Plants or the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical sectors.
- Proven expertise in facilitating Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) with strong knowledge of functional safety principles.
- Advanced proficiency in process safety and risk management software such as DNV PHAST-SAFETI PHA Pro BowTie XP and related applications.
- To execute safety regulations policies and procedures and monitor execution by operational departments.
- To maintain safety for all people assets equipment and material.
- To provide advice and guidance on safety related challenges and monitor practices to ensure compliance.
