ملخص الوظيفة
Responsibilities:
* Analyse existing business processes to identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and other relevant frameworks.
* Document process flows procedures and work instructions to ensure clarity and consistency.
* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements gain buyin and implement process changes effectively.
* Train and coach employees on new processes and procedures.
* Monitor process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for further optimisation.
* Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to management.
* Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in process excellence.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in process improvement preferably within a similar industry.
* Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in process mapping and modelling tools.
* Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of business process management principles and methodologies.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
