ملخص الوظيفة
Description
1. Prepare financial Statements of all projects for submission
2. Update ERP accounting systems on all documents progress invoices receipt various project packages.
3. Provide necessary additional supporting reports to auditors.
4. Coordinate to auditors for the release of annual zakat certificate.
5. Prepare yearly depreciation of assets.
6. Monthly preparation of AP AR IR aging.
7. Prepare ebanking payments to all suppliers.
8. Prepare & process monthly salaries of workers under Ministry of Labor regulation.
9. Follow up payments on various progress invoices of projects.
9. Reconciliation of bank balances accounts payable & accounts receivable.
& designate work schedules to accountants to be able to meet monthly reports.
11. Monthly filing and payment of VAT return.
12. Preparation of monthly/Quarterly projection report
13. ERP Microsoft dynamics AX 365
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: |
Minimum Qualification Bachelor / Diploma in Accounts finance or relevant . Minimum Experience 0608 Years as same experience as Senior Accountant Skills & ReQUIREMENTS Reporting Skills Attention to Detail DeadlineOriented Confidentiality Time Management Data Entry Management General Math Skills SYSTEM OPERATION KNOWLEDGE GOOD COMMUNICATION |
