Senior Logistics Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Senior Logistics Executive to manage logistics for largescale exhibitions. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating flights hotel bookings visa processing and transportation scheduling. You will be responsible for overseeing onsite transportation including golf carts visitor shuttle buses and managing traffic/parking.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Coordinate flight bookings hotel accommodations and visa processing for exhibitors and attendees.
• Schedule and manage transportation logistics including onsite shuttle services and traffic control.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data management tracking and reporting logistics activities.
• Support operational planning and with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain clear communication across internal teams stakeholders and external vendors.
• Provide highlevel logistical support during events ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications :

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistics and event management.
Strong organizational communication and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problemsolving abilities.

This role requires a proactive approach excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure to deliver seamless logistics for largescale events.
