Job Title: Infrastructure Lead PMC
Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to manage and oversee the infrastructure components of a major mixeduse development. This role will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing infrastructurerelated works including roads utilities drainage and associated civil works. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure project management within a PMC environment ensuring timely delivery quality compliance and alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead the planning and delivery of infrastructure works ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
Scope Management: Oversee design procurement and construction of infrastructure elements including roads utilities and earthworks.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with government agencies contractors consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth of infrastructure works.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all infrastructure works comply with Saudi regulations international standards and project specifications.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues affecting project progress.
Scheduling & Cost Control: Monitor project timelines budgets and resources ensuring efficient cost management and adherence to schedules.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with design and engineering standards.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports technical documentation and project updates for senior management and stakeholders.
Sustainability & Innovation: Incorporate sustainable infrastructure practices and innovative technologies to enhance project efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred).
Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in infrastructure project management with at least 10 years in a PMC environment managing largescale projects.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of roadworks utilities drainage earthworks and civil infrastructure development.
Standards & Codes: Familiarity with Saudi infrastructure regulations FIDIC contracts and international engineering standards.
Software Proficiency: Experience with Primavera P6 AutoCAD Civil 3D GIS and project management tools.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
Experience in mega infrastructure or mixeduse development projects.
Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulatory and permitting processes.
Strong background in smart infrastructure and digital construction technologies.
