ملخص الوظيفة
The Sales Assistant will be responsible of provide sales support and will report directly to the Head of Certification unit.
The purpose of QIMA Sales is to secure our growth by winning new business and taking exceptional care of our existing clients while embodying the QIMA value of Client Passion every day.
Key Responsibilities include:
Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing deals
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Assist in organizing and executing sales campaigns and promotions
Support the preparation of sales presentations and reports
Handle salesadministrative tasks such as processing orders invoicing and inventory management
Other tasks as assigned by line manage
Qualifications :
Good command of English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
6 months to 1 year of experience in a related role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
