يخطط ويؤدي المهام التي تتضمن تدفقات استقبال وشحن البضائع، والاحتفاظ بسجلات جرد دائمة ، مع ضمان فائدة الفريق والأجهزة والمعدات
:المسؤوليات
MS office وأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP)الاحتفاظ بالسجلات اليومية للبضائع الداخلية / الخارجية باستخدام
سرعة الإفادة ودقتها
مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
إدارة العمال ومراقبة تقدمهم ، والقدرة على تحديد أولويات الطلبات المستلمة
قادرًا على تحديد السلع التي تحتاج إلى معاملة خاصة ولديك المنطق لتحديد كيفية متابعة الاستفسارات
تأكد من أن جميع البضائع في متناول اليد بناءً على طلب العميل
ضمان تلبية الطلبات وجودة البضائع كن على دراية باحتياجات استهلاك المستودعات ، مثل اللوازم المكتبية وإصلاح المعدات والمتابعة حتى يتم تسليم الطلب

Description:
Warehouse Storekeeper plans and performs Tasks that involves Inbound outbound flows and maintaining a perpetual inventory records while ensuring utility of team devices and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain receipt and records of daily in/out goods using MS office and ERP systems
Timing and accuracy of response
Good communication skills in Arabic and English
Manage workers and monitor their progress and be able to prioritize received orders
Be able to determine which goods need a special treatment and have the logic to decide how to proceed with inquiries
Make sure that all goods are on hand based on the customer demand
Assure fulfilment and quality of goods
Be aware of Warehouse consumptions needs such as office supplies and equipment repairs and follow up until the request is delivered
Requirement:
1 Saudi only
2 Diploma / Bachler
