- Degree or certification in civil engineering construction management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience working on construction sites including years in a supervisory role overseeing structural works.
- Indepth knowledge of structural systems materials and building codes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise coordinate and oversee the structural teams activities to ensure the highest standard of workmanship and productivity.
- Ensure that all structural works including formwork reinforcement and concrete pouring are carried out according to project specifications drawings and relevant standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines and site policies enforcing a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Conduct daily inspections of the site to assess progress quality and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor onsite labor and subcontractors ensuring all tasks are executed as planned on time and to the required quality standards.
