We are looking for a dedicated and robust B2B sales representative to join our dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to engage with business clients build strong relationships and drive revenue growth.

Job Purpose

The main objective of the B2B sales representative role is to cultivate and maintain relationships with our business clients continually driving sales and contributing to our revenue growth. This role encompasses the discovery of potential clients and the understanding of their needs followed by the accurate presentation of our products and services that fulfill those needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and presenting suitable products or services
  • Employing strong communication and negotiation skills in client interactions
  • Keeping on top of market and industry trends to inform sales strategies
  • Analyzing client data to create tailored solutions
  • Managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Following up on leads to secure sales and maintain client retention

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in relationship building and B2B sales
  • Strong skills in client identification and needs assessment
  • Capability to present products effectively
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of market dynamics and trends
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insightful solutions
  • Experience in account management and lead followup is essential
