Conduct Pilates sessions using Mat Reformer Reformer Tower and Chair.
Integrate resistance training into workout programs.
Design personalized fitness plans based on client goals and abilities.
Provide guidance on proper techniques posture and injury prevention.
Track client progress and adjust workouts accordingly.
Maintain a motivating and professional training environment.
Promote fitness programs to drive engagement and achieve set targets.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Pilates Instructor.
Certification: Pilates certification from a recognized institution.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Mat & Reformer Pilates Reformer Tower and Chair Pilates (MUST).
Expertise in resistance training (MUST).
Ability to conduct general fitness workouts.
Strong communication and motivational skills.
Other Requirements:
Passion for fitness and client wellbeing.
Ability to create structured and goaloriented workout plans.
