ملخص الوظيفة
Supervising laundry staff and organizing work schedules.
Ensuring the cleanliness and quality of laundered items such as linens and towels.
Managing inventory of laundry supplies and equipment.
Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
Handling guest requests and complaints related to laundry services.
Training new staff and maintaining health and safety standards.
Preparing reports on laundry activities and expenses.
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in hospitality or facility management
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Indepth knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Understanding of hospitality industry standards
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Certifications in safety and sanitation (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to walk and stand for extended periods
