Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in hospitality or facility management
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Indepth knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Understanding of hospitality industry standards
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Certifications in safety and sanitation (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to walk and stand for extended periods
