They are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for the daily sales of incoming leads for specific products of D&B
- Managing incoming calls answering calls professionally providing information about service offerings and handling inquiries from existing clients.
- Keeping a record with details of inquiries requests complaints comments and following up with the people concerned to ensure that necessary action is taken.
- Referring requests to the concerned people/teams.
- Building professional relationships with existing customers.
- Providing accurate and complete information as and when required.
- Supporting with maintaining and updating the database.
- Helping with research and generating sales leads.
Qualification & Requirements:- 13 years of similar experience.
- Proven Sales Track Record.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Customer orientation and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure
