Position Overview:The Senior Director of Operational Support & Performance Management will provide strategic leadership and oversight for operational functions within the organization. This role is critical in enhancing operational efficiency driving performance management initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in operational management performance metrics and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement longterm operational strategies in collaboration with senior management to meet organizational goals and enhance performance.
- Operational Oversight:Oversee daytoday operations ensuring efficiency and productivity across various departments. Monitor processes and implement policies to resolve operational issues.
- Performance Management:Establish and manage performance metrics and dashboards to evaluate operational effectiveness. Lead initiatives to improve performance and operational quality.
- Team Development:Mentor and develop a highperforming team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Implement talent management strategies to address performance needs and succession planning.
- Collaboration:Work closely with crossfunctional teams and external partners to align operational activities with strategic goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
- Data Analysis:Utilize data analytics to inform decisionmaking and identify opportunities for operational improvements. Analyze current processes and recommend enhancements.
- Budget Management:Develop and oversee departmental budgets ensuring resource allocation aligns with operational priorities and organizational objectives.
- Compliance and Standards:Ensure adherence to industry regulations and organizational policies. Maintain high standards of quality and service delivery.
- Education:Bachelors degree in business administration operations management or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
- Experience:Minimum of 10 years in a senior operational role with a proven track record in performance management and operational excellence.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in operational management systems and performance metrics.
- Experience with budget development and financial management.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in a largescale operational environment preferably in a technology or servicedriven industry.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and business management software (e.g. SAP ERP).
