Job Title: Audit Consulting Director

Location: Riyadh KSA

Employment Type: FullTime Permanent

Reporting To: Regional Managing Partner

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Audit Consulting Director to lead and grow our audit advisory services across KSA. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving client engagement overseeing complex audit projects and ensuring alignment with international standards and local regulatory frameworks. You will play a pivotal role in transforming audit functions through insightled consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead audit consulting engagements across a portfolio of highprofile clients (public and private sector).
Advise clients on audit frameworks internal control effectiveness risk assessment and governance strategies.
Oversee the delivery of highimpact audit projects ensuring quality timeliness and client satisfaction.
Lead a team of consultants and audit professionals providing mentoring coaching and performance management.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders regulators and Clevel executives across KSA.
Stay ahead of local regional and international audit standards including SOCPA IFRS and ISA.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities; contribute to firm growth and thought leadership.
Ensure compliance with local laws and global firm policies in audit delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
CPA ACCA SOCPA or CA qualification is essential.
10 years of experience in audit and advisory services with at least 3 years in a leadership/directorlevel role.
Previous experience in a Big Four or toptier consulting firm preferred.
Deep understanding of KSA s business environment regulatory landscape and Vision 2030 framework.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver highvalue consulting solutions.
