ملخص الوظيفة
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 8 years of handson experience in Oracle CC&B as a Functional Consultant.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of utility industry processes (billing customer service metering payments collections).
- Technical Skills: Ability to work with C2M MDM SOA and web services for integrations.
- Project Experience: Full lifecycle implementation experience including requirement gathering solution design configuration testing and support.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to engage stakeholders document business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Certifications: Oracle CC&B certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and utility market best practices.
- Exposure to cloudbased CC&B solutions.
