ملخص الوظيفة
Main Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daytoday operations of the workshop ensuring efficient production and service delivery
Managing workshop staff ensuring they meet performance standards and safety regulations
Scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repair work to ensure minimal downtime
Ensuring all workshop activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Maintaining accurate records of materials equipment and inventory used in the workshop
Reviewing and approving work orders and ensuring timely completion of projects
Developing and implementing operational procedures to improve workflow and productivity
Monitoring and controlling the workshop budget ensuring costeffective use of resources
Conducting regular training and safety workshops for staff
Troubleshooting operational issues and finding solutions to maintain productivity
Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of necessary materials and parts
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Operations Management or related field
Minimum of 45 years of experience in workshop or operations management preferably in a technical or mechanical environment
Strong knowledge of workshop tools machinery and maintenance procedures
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage inventory equipment and supplies efficiently
Strong understanding of workshop operations and production processes
Ability to develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Proficiency in using workshop management software and other tools
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
