  • Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager of Western nationality (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARENT FROM A WESTERN BACKGROUNDTHIS IS THE CLIENTS REQUIREMENT)to oversee our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will possess a BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) certificate and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facility.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervision: Lead and manage the housekeeping team ensuring effective training performance evaluation and motivation.
    • Quality Control: Implement and monitor cleaning standards conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene regulations.
    • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
    • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment coordinating purchasing and reordering as needed.
    • Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services providing exceptional customer service.
    • Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and control for the housekeeping department identifying costsaving opportunities.
    • Health and Safety: Ensure all housekeeping practices adhere to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for staff.
  • Qualifications:
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
    • Certification: BICS certificate is required.
    • Experience: Minimum of insert number years of experience in housekeeping management within a hospitality environment.
    • Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills excellent attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
    • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with housekeeping management software and inventory control systems.
    • Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
