ملخص الوظيفة
The Admin & PRO Executive will be responsible for work related to office administration & labor/immigration with the required coordination with the Ministries Local Authorities & Banks.
Major areas to be handled are as follows:
- Manage office location and carry out day to day office administration tasks.
- Purchase office Stationaries Office equipments as and when required.
- Responsible for office maintenance and coordination with Landlord.
- Coordinate with HQ team for any local requirements.
- Visit Bank and submit/collect/request for documents.
- Medical and other insurance administration
- Support in Recruitment and onboarding of employees. Coordinate with respective departments for staff requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors/customer for order processing and manage local deliveries.
- Manage new/renewal visa applications and other labor matters
- Coordinate with Ministry/ authorities for any technical support or clarification.
