Maintain high standards of display & visual merchandising to ensure the store is well presented.
Applying daily sales procedures properly including welcoming customers and providing hosting welcome drink to ensure excellent customer services standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Answering queries from customers and give them all available/ required information to assist customers to make the purchase request.
Reporting discrepancies defects problems customers complains to his line manager to ensure proper monitoring and control over the products and to ensure customers satisfaction.
Introducing customers loyalty programs to customer to maintain proper customers database
Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers to achieve the sales targets.
Working within established guidelines and SOPs particularly with brands to ensure proper presentation to products and full adherence to company rules and policies.
Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor to ensure products have the right information and prices to assist customers to take sales decisions.
Keeping up to date with special promotions products informations and putting up displays to ensure responding professionally to customer inquiries.
Arranging small appliances stock inside the store to match with promotion and display standards laid down by management and company
Suggesting upgrades insurance and addons to customers to maximize store revenue.
Ensure that his area is clean and adhere to the companys clear floor policy and Health and Safety requirements to reflect a good image to the customers.
Keeps client informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
Communicate with warehouse to ensure that the delivery schedule will be achieved to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper section (work area) handover including clean and tidy section at the end of each shift
Any additional tasks that may enhance the department productivity

Requirements

High School Education

Preferable Sales diploma Qualifications

Preferred 1 years in Sales (related field or fresh graduate with high level of commitment Experience

Arabic English (Average)Language

Preferred MS office (word excel )Computer Skills

Ability to problemsolving.

Wellgroomed.

Work in a fastpaced environment.

Work well with others to accomplish team goalsAbilities and Skills
