Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed pricing models and cost estimates for various construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications drawings and contracts to determine pricing parameters.
- Collaborate with design procurement and project management teams to compile comprehensive cost data.
- Prepare competitive bids and proposals that align with company strategies and market conditions.
- Monitor project budgets and review actual costs versus estimates to ensure profitability.
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and confirm project scope.
- Continuously update pricing models to reflect changes in material costs labor rates and market conditions.
- Provide technical support and guidance during bid evaluations and contract negotiations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering with a focus on project pricing and cost estimation.
- Proven track record in preparing competitive bids and managing project budgets.
- Excellent analytical mathematical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability to join is essential.
