Job Summary:
The Service Associate Amenity Centre & Minibar ensures guest room welcome amenities/Golden Circle amenities are delivered & replenishes guest room minibar items in accordance with the standards guidelines & policies established by ShangriLa Hotel.
As a Housekeeping Amenity Centre & Minibar we rely on you to
Deliver Amenities and Minibar Items as per ShangriLa standard.
Follow SOPs in the department.
Keep trolleys and equipment in good condition.
To clean and tidy up area before going home.
Be environmentally friendly
To report in full attire smart cleaned and well groomed.
To signin when reporting on duty and signout when reporting off duty
What we are Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with similar profile or Hospitality Sector
- Proficient in spoken English
- Physically fit
- Willing to work in any shift
